I needed to make a birthday card quickly, so I grabbed my scraps and went to work. It's not one of my best cards, that's for sure but it was fast to make and only cost pennies. :) It literally only took me 5 min to put this together.Gotta love........fast, cheap and not to mention reducing waste. I stamped the balloon and then used water color pencils and my SU Aqua painter. (love that tool)
I was not going to post this card, as it's not so great but decided that I would to show you that it's possible to create with scraps.
